We’ve spent countless hours perfecting our color correcting skills and editing is the majority of the process that goes into images and video. We won’t leave any important photos or videos out. If you feel we’ve missed delivering a photo or clip, feel free to let us know! |

HOW ARE YOU TAKING SAFETY PRECAUTIONS WITH COVID?
Luckily we work from home so we aren’t exposing ourselves to people very often. We wear masks and keep six feet of distance during shoots. We have some zoom lenses so we’re still able to get close up shots without getting too close.

WHAT’S YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
Photo has a faster turnaround time than video.
Usually photo shoots are delivered within two weeks and videos take around a month depending on the length and complexity of the project. |

DO EACH OF THE PACKAGES INCLUDE EDITING TIME
Yes! When we say our price per hour it doesn’t mean editing time is added on to it. All of our editing is included. So when we have an hour long shoot, that price includes everything and doesn’t add up based on how long it takes us to edit.

CAN WE SEND YOU PRODUCTS TO BE
PHOTOGRAPHED/USED IN VIDEO? Each video project package includes two edits. Once you receive the first edited version you can let us know which parts you’d like to be a little different (music, audio, shots etc.)

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR THE SHOOT
We can discuss any props or tools that might be useful during your shoot on our consultation call. Remember that these are your photos and videos so our goal is to make them reflect you and your brand. We can create a Pinterest board together so you can gather inspiration of the style/vibe you’re going for. This helps us go into the shoot with a clear vision of what you’re looking for.

HOW DO YOU DELIVER OUR PHOTOS AND VIDEOS?
We’ll deliver your photos in an online gallery where you can download them at full-resolution. There’s also a high quality print shop attached to your gallery for easy printing but only if you want to use the service.
For video, we also send over a link to your videos where you can download them at high resolution |

CAN WE START WITH AN HOUR SHOOT AND THEN ADD MORE TIME?
Yes! In fact, we think that’s an amazing idea. Feel free to start with an hour long session and we’ll see how it goes from there.

CAN YOU PHOTOSHOP US TO LOOK SKINNIER OR HAVE CLEAR SKIN?
We don’t change appearances. We want you to be comfortable in your own skin so changing any bodies to appear different than they actually are goes against what we believe. We’ll clear up little skin imperfections to avoid distraction but we want the photos to look like you.

HOW DO PAYMENT SCHEDULES WORK?
For single day sessions we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking then the remaining 50% is due once the photos/videos are delivered. You can also pay it all up front if that’s easier for you!
