We do not.
We’ve spent countless hours perfecting our color correcting skills and editing is the majority of the process that goes into images and video. We won’t leave any important photos or videos out. If you feel we’ve missed delivering a photo or clip, feel free to let us know! |

HOW ARE YOU TAKING SAFETY PRECAUTIONS WITH COVID?
We're fully vaccinated. Luckily we work from home so we aren’t exposing ourselves to people very often. We wear masks and keep six feet of distance during shoots. We have some zoom lenses so we’re still able to get close up shots without getting too close.

WHAT IF WE NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE OUR WEDDING BECAUSE OF COVID?
We know times are crazy right now with so much uncertainty. We try to be as accommodating and flexible as we can be with social gathering policies changing constantly. Your deposit is non-refundable but can be used for another date if we’re available.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU CAN’T MAKE IT TO OUR WEDDING?
Luckily, this has never happened and there are two of us as a safety blanket. But if something were to happen and neither one of us could make it, we’ll do our very best to find a replacement photographer or videographer and then edit the photos to match out style. We aren’t legally held to doing so. If neither us nor a replacement being able to make it to your wedding, you will be refunded.

HOW DO PAYMENT SCHEDULES WORK?
We require a 30% deposit at the time of booking to hold your date, and the remaining 70% will be broken up into two more payments due 3 months before and 1 month before your big day.

WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH A VIDEO PACKAGE?
We include two videos: a full-length and a highlight reel. The full-length video will include all of the vows and everything said at the ceremony so you can remember the details while the highlight reel video is formatted for social media and condensed to fit on your phone for a quick share or pick-me-up.

HOW DO YOU DELIVER OUR PHOTOS AND VIDEOS?
We’ll deliver your photos in an online gallery where you can download them at full-resolution. There’s also a high quality print shop attached to your gallery for easy printing but only if you want to use the service.
For video, we also send over a link to your videos where you can download them at high resolution |

DO YOU BOOK YOUR OWN FLIGHTS?
Yes! This is also for safety reasons. We’re really good at finding cheap flights but always make sure they’re approved by you before officially booking anything.

CAN YOU PHOTOSHOP US TO LOOK SKINNIER OR HAVE CLEAR SKIN?
We don’t change appearances. We want you to be comfortable in your own skin so changing any bodies to appear different than they actually are goes against what we believe. We’ll clear up little skin imperfections to avoid distraction but we want the photos to look like you.

WHAT DO WE WEAR FOR THE PHOTOS?
Just wear something that’s comfortable and your style. We want you to be yourself! Sticking to neutral colors is best as they’re usually timeless and won’t age your content.
