5. Fybr Bamboo
"In 2018, the Allison’s opened Fybr Bamboo on Pacific Ave in Santa Cruz. While Fybr’s main focus is bamboo, they carry other unique items made from alternative textiles and recycled materials as well as natural body products and socially conscious brands. Every item has a story behind it from eco-conscious to social good.
Fybr’s mission is to inspire and promote an eco-conscious lifestyle that doesn’t sacrifice style and comfort. From the day we opened, customers have raved about our luxurious bamboo sheets. Many of the same customers have been pleasantly surprised that they could also enjoy the bamboo softness of our activewear and under garments. We pride ourselves in supporting other local businesses by carrying locally made jewelry and body products. Sustainability is a high priority and one of the exciting non-bamboo products we carry are bags and wallets made from recycled billboards." |
