HOW DO YOU DELIVER OUR PHOTOS AND VIDEOS? You'll receive your photos in an online gallery where you can download them at full-resolution and web-size resolution. There’s also a high quality print shop attached to your gallery for easy printing but only if you want to use the service. For video, we also send over a link to your videos where you can download them at high resolution. |

DO YOU GIVE RAWS? (Unedited images) We don't because countless hours have been spent perfecting the editing process. There won’t be any important photos or videos left out. If you feel we’ve missed delivering a photo or clip, feel free to ask! |

WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH A VIDEO PACKAGE? Every video package includes two videos: a Cinematic Feature and a Social Media Highlight. Cinematic Feature: A 5-10 minute cinematic video that tells your story and recaps some of the most beautiful moments of the day in an artistic and authentic feature. Includes song licenses for the music used. Social Media Highlight: A 1-2 minute highlight of your ceremony that can be shared on social media. Full Length Add-On: You can opt to add on a full length documentary-style video of your day and includes the entire ceremony from beginning to end as well as all the toasts, speeches and dances. It can vary in length depending on the day, but ranges from half an hour to 2 hours. This video can also include the music and songs the couple chooses for walking down the aisle and first dances. This video will not be published online. Full-Length Video Add-Ons range from $500-$1000 depending on the length of coverage. |

CAN YOU PHOTOSHOP US TO LOOK SKINNIER OR HAVE CLEAR SKIN? Because it goes against Sand and Stone Media's values, appearances aren't changed. Skin imperfections will be cleared up to avoid distraction but it's important that the photos to look like you so we don't photoshop or alter body images. |

ARE YOU A TEAM? HOW DOES THIS WORK? Yes, Sand and Stone Media is an amazing team of top notch photographers and videographers who have captured hundreds of weddings serving the Bay Area and all over California. You'll be in contact with Courtney (the founder) from beginning to end but you'll also have calls with your photographer or videographer to make sure you're comfortable with their vibe before you commit to hiring us. |

WHAT'S YOUR TRAVEL FEE? Additional ground travel beyond Santa Cruz will be charged at $1 to the mile. |

WHAT IF WE HAVE PHOTO IDEAS? Amazing!! We love the creative collaborative process with couples. We usually start a shared Pinterest board together so we can brainstorm the vibe of your photos and bring those poses and ideas into your day. Any and all ideas are welcome. |

WHAT IF WE WANT AN ENGAGEMENT SHOOT BEFORE THE WEDDING? Perfect! Some packages come with a complimentary engagement shoot or you can add it on. It's such a great way to get used to being in front of the camera before your wedding day and makes the process so much smoother on your big day cause we get to hang ahead of time. :) |

WHAT IF THE WEATHER GETS CRAZY? We can reschedule if the weather is really bad but some of the coolest sessions have been in the crazy wind and weather. We don't want to feel uneasy though so we can decide together whether we should reschedule or not. |

WHAT'S THE FEE FOR SECOND SHOOTERS? The 10 hour packages include second shooters but all other packages have a $50 an hour fee for a second photographer and $50 an hour for an additional videographer. |

DO YOU CAPTURE DAY BEFORE OR WEEKEND WEDDINGS? Absolutely! There's an add-on section in the Wedding Pricing Guide which lays out hourly 'day-before' coverage but we can also create a custom package depending on how much coverage you need. |

WHAT ARE THE NEXT STEPS? Let's hop on a call to hear more about your day, make sure we're a good fit and answer any questions you might have. Then, we'll schedule a call with your photographer or videographer to make sure you like their vibe. If you decide to book with Sand and Stone, we'll send over a contract and payment plan. A month or so before your wedding day you'll receive a questionnaire and plan another call with your photographer or videographer to go over all of the details for your day! |
